It is not so heartwarming that the number of engineering graduates with required skills in terms of analytical , verbal and interpersonal required for industry is about 4% only. The remaining 96% are unemployable. Hence it is essential to impart the required skills in them make them fetch a lion's share of employment to our graduates, global leaders in IT and BPO outsourcing.
